Deputies say an Ontario man faces a DWI charge after a one-vehicle crash on Furnace Road.
It happened on October 2nd around 11:10 p.m. when a vehicle operated by Louis Flecha, 24, was traveling north on Furnace Road. His vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole.
Investigation determined that Flecha was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over .08%, and other traffic violations.
Deputies say a chemical test confirmed the DWI charge as he had a BAC of .13%.
Flecha was released and will answer the charges at a later date.
