The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the investigation of a personal injury crash that happened along State Route 104 in the town of Huron.
Deputies identified the driver as 20-year-old Destiny Tellier, of Newark, who they say was traveling north on Lasher Road and failed to stop at a stop sign. A westbound vehicle on Route 104, which was being operated by 42-year-old Michael Spronz, of Newark struck Tellier’s vehicle as it cross the intersection with Route 104.
The collision resulted in Spronz’s vehicle rolling over before coming to rest on its tires. The three occupants of his vehicle were transported to area hospitals for their injuries.
Tellier was cited for failing to stop for a stop sign, failing the yield the right of way, and operating in violation of restrictions.
Deputies were assisted by New York State Police, Wolcott Fire Department, Rose Fire Department, North Rose Fire Department, Wayne County ALS, Lakeshore Ambulance and Eastern Wayne Ambulance.
