Police arrested a 22-year-old Geneva man following an investigation into a burglary.
John Hawkins Jr., 22, of Geneva was charged with second-degree burglary.
The arrest stems from a domestic incident, where Hawkins entered a dwelling in the city unlawfully with the intent of committing a crime.
He was held pending arraignment.
