The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the investigation of a two-car crash at the intersection of State Route 414 and Balsely Road on Friday.
It happened around 2:05 p.m. when Elizabeth Keefer, 34, of Seneca Falls passed through a steady red signal light at the intersection – traveling east – causing a collision with Scott Lachetta, 55, of Holley.
Both vehicles were heavily damaged. Keefer suffered minor injuries and was also ticketed for passing the red light.
The Seneca Falls Police Department, Seneca Falls Fire Department, New York State Police, and North Seneca Ambulance all responded to the scene.
