The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 38-year-old Seneca Falls resident following a welfare fraud investigation.
Deputies say Timothy Sherlock, 38, was charged with offering a false instrument for filing, misuse of food stamps, and welfare fraud.
He’s accused of failing to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from the County.
He was released on tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
