First responders say a teen was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital on Tuesday after a bicycle accident.
It happened on Tuesday when a 16-year-old was riding on North Avenue when he hit a storm drain.
He lost control of the bicycle and was thrown from it.
The child, who was not identified, suffered serious injuries – including some to his head.
Police said the teen was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
