The final round of federal Lost Wages Assistance payments for unemployed workers in New York are being distributed this week.
Those who pre-qualified for the LWA benefits will see them distributed through Thursday.
The state’s Department of Labor said that it was moving to processing specific weeks out of the last three-week round on specific days to avoid technical issues seen in past rounds.
Those who believe they are entitled to LWA payments, but haven’t received them yet should call 833-491-0632.
