The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Williamson man following a domestic incident on Saturday.

A little before 1 a.m. deputies arrested Ronald Giron-Molina, 36, of Williamson following an investigation into a domestic incident.

It’s alleged that he pushed his girlfriend into a bedroom closet and placed his hand over her mouth while she was screaming for help during an argument over money.

Giron-Molina was charged with first-degree contempt and second-degree harassment.

He was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
