The Cayuga County Health Department is warning local residents about a possible COVID-19 exposure at a church.
A resident who tested positive for the virus attended two services at Emmanuel Baptist Bible Church over the weekend.
Officials say both of the services were held on Sunday, September 13th.
Anyone who was at the church on Sunday or Monday should monitor themselves for symptoms of the Coronavirus for 14 days.
Symptoms include fever, chills, a cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, a loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.
At this point there are five active cases of COVID-19 in Cayuga County.
