Police say a Seneca Falls man was not hurt after a one-vehicle crash on Black Brook Road.
It happened on Wednesday around 9:08 p.m., and resulted in the operator, identified as 52-year-old Joseph Davis being charged with DWI.
Police say Davis was assisted in exiting his vehicle, which patrols came across on Black Brook Road. After confirming he was uninjured, an investigation into the crash began.
Police say Davis was found to be intoxicated, and had a revoked license. As result, it elevated the charges of driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation to felonies.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to be processed.
