Seneca Falls driver charged with aggravated unlicensed operation after two-car crash

Police report that a 24-year-old Seneca Falls resident was charged after a property damage crash at the intersection of Cayuga and South Park streets.

It happened on September 4th around 5:20 p.m. when police say they responded to a two-car crash.

During the investigation it was discovered that Shelby Spinner, 24, of Seneca Falls was operating her motor vehicle with a suspended license.

She also had a suspended registration. Police say Spinner was charged with AUO, operating without insurance, and following too closely.

An appearance ticket was issued and the charges will be answered at a later date.
