The University of Buffalo has 78 confirmed cases of the Novel Coronavirus, or COVID-19.
The University’s dashboard shows that 74 of those students live off-campus, two of them are on-campus, and another two are faculty or staff.
School officials announced this week that due to the spike random COVID-19 testing would begin. It will take place in regular, weekly or bi-weekly intervals.
The campus has not made any special accommodations for learning yet. However, Cuomo said that 100 cases would require a transition to remote learning for two weeks.
