The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 29-year-old Seneca Castle resident following a disorderly conduct complaint.
Police say Joseph Pollino, 29, was shouting loudly and kicking a door of a local resident at an apartment complex in Seneca Falls.
Pollino failed to stop, according to police, who say he also resisted arrest after the incident.
Police said that Pollino had been striking the door of the same local resident, demanding that he be allowed into her apartment.
He was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, attempted coercion, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, and obstruction of governmental administration.
Pollino was secured at the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
