The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of an Auburn man following the investigation into a domestic incident at a campground in Tyre.
Deputies were called to the Rivers Crossing Campground and Marina in Tyre along State Route 89. The call came in around 6:30 p.m. on August 29th.
After investigation Robert Ohara III, of Auburn was charged with felony aggravated family offense, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment.
Deputies say a minor was struck in the presence of two other children during the incident.
Ohara was taken into custody and arraigned.
