Investigators with New York State Police say a 34-year-old Clyde man was taken into custody earlier this month on charges related to a forcible touching complaint filed in January.
Nicholas Russell, 34, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
It’s alleged that Russell forced a female victim, who was 13-years-old at the time, into sexual contact.
He was taken to centralized arraignment and released. This case is expected to be presented to a grand jury.
