Local developer David Flaum has died.
The Flaum name is connected to a number of buildings and developments in the Finger Lakes and Central New York.
In addition to his role leading a major development and property management company, he was appointed by several U.S. presidents to the board of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C.
Flaum is said to have suffered cardiac arrest on Monday and never recovered. He was 68.
