Police: Waterloo man charged with burglary, conspiracy after investigation into Walmart incident

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 25-year-old Waterloo resident following an investigation into a 2019 incident at Walmart.

Justin Lornes, 25, was charged with four counts of burglary, four counts of petit larceny, and four counts of conspiracy.

Following the original arrest, Lornes was processed and released on an appearance ticket, which he failed to do.

A warrant was issued for his arrest, and Lornes was taken into custody by deputies in the Town of Waterloo. He was then turned over to the Seneca Falls Police Department, and will return to court again at a later date.
