Canandaigua woman charged with felony contempt after violating court order again

The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 55-year-old following a disturbance on Bristol Street.

Elaine Mulheron, 55, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt after throwing water on another person.

That person was protected by a court order, according to police, which resulted in the contempt charge.

Mulheron had violated the order on multiple occasions. She was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
