Police arrested a 23-year-old Syracuse man in connection with the homicide investigation that resulted in a manhunt in Seneca County.
Tyler Golden, 22, of Canandaigua had previously been arrested and charged with murder.
Most-recently, Romero Collier, 23, of Syracuse was charged with second-degree murder.
The two are accused of breaking in to Tyler McBain’s apartment in Oneida Castle. He was shot once and killed.
Collier was taken to the Oneida County Jail for arraignment.
