Clyde man violates court order by living with protected party

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Clyde man following the investigation of a domestic incident.

Michael Sakowski, 58, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, which is a felony.

He’s accused of living with the subject of a court order. It was illegal for him to have contact with the individual under the court order.

He was held at the Wayne County Jail.
