Democrats file petitions to appear on additional lines in Seneca County races

Three Democratic candidates for November elections filed independent petitions with Board of Election officials in Seneca County.

Melissa Brown, who is running for Seneca County Clerk against incumbent Republican Christina Lotz, filed by the July 30th deadline.


Similarly, Steven Kelley, who is running for Seneca Falls Town Justice did the same. He’s facing off against Tom Ellis, a Republican.

Katherine Pottern, the Democrat ruling for a vacant seat on the Varick Town Board beat the deadline. She will face off against Republican Randy McCulloch.
