Police say a 55-year-old Canandaigua woman was arrested twice in a matter of days after a pair of incidents and investigations.
Police say Elaine Mulheron, 55, was arrested for petit larceny after an incident at a Bristol Street residence.
Pursuant to investigation, officers determined that Mulheron entered another person’s residence, who was protected by a court order, and stole property at that location on July 22nd.
She was arrested and processed at the Ontario County Jail.
Six days later on July 28th Mulheron was arrested again, after entering another person’s residence without permission and stealing property belonging to that person.
She was charged with second-degree burglary, and police say a court order was active protecting the second victim, too, when the incident occurred.
Mulheron was transported to the Ontario County Jail.
