Police say a 32-year-old Canandaigua resident was arrested after allegedly slapping a child.
Nicole Erb, 32, of Canandaigua was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following the report of a disturbance at a Jefferson Avenue residence.
Police say Erb slapped a child in the face during an unprovoked incident.
She was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail.
