The Geneva Police Department reports the arrest of a New York City resident on a felony family offense after an investigation.
Police say Donell Turner, 30, was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, after committing second-degree criminal contempt with a previous conviction in the last five years.
That resulted in the felony charge. Details of the incident were not released.
However, police described the matter as a domestic incident in a press release.
Turner was held pending arraignment.
