Canandaigua driver charged with aggravated DWI after speeding

Police say a 23-year-old Canandaigua driver was arrested after being observed speeding 20 mph over the posted speed limit on North Main Street.

Mikaela Seaman, 23, was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and speeding.


She’s accused of driving 51 mph in a 30 mph zone. When officers investigated during a traffic stop it was determined that she was intoxicated.

Seaman was found to have a BAC of .18%, according to police.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
