The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Bloomfield driver after a traffic stop at a 7-Eleven gas station on Route 318 in Phelps.
Deputies say Kolleen Simmons, 26, of Bloomfield was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, and a number of others.
Deputies say Simmons’ BAC was determined to be .18%, and due to a DWI conviction in the last 10 years made the most-recent arrest a felony count.
She will answer the charges at a later date.
