The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Williamson man following an investigation into a domestic disturbance.
Greggory Perri, 43, was charged with criminal mischief, criminal contempt, and menacing after the alleged altercation.
Deputies say Perri intentionally broke a wooden dining room chair belonging to a female victim, and further held a clenched fist up to the woman – making statements that left her in fear of physical injury.
Perri also violated a refrain from order of protection that had been issued by Wayne County Court.
He was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
