The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Macedon man following an investigation into a domestic incident on Tuesday around 4:30 a.m.
Deputies arrested Jeremy Foster, 28, of Walworth for criminal mischief, obstructing governmental administration, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment.
He’s accused of intentionally shoving a female victim into an end table and taking her cell phone from her while attempting to call 911.
He then broke a door nearly causing it to fall on top of three children. Foster was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office pending arraignment.
While there, Foster broke a pair of handcuffs used by deputies to restrain him, which resulted in another criminal mischief and obstruction charge.
He was ultimately transported to the Wayne County Jail and issued an appearance ticket.
