The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office responded to a personal injury crash on Thursday along with a number of other first responders.
Morgan Scofield, 18, of Phelps was attempting to turn out of a driveway onto Route 488 when Gabrielle Young, 25, of Lyons struck her.
Deputies say Young was traveling westbound on Route 488. She suffered injuries to her neck and was transported to Clifton Springs Hospital by Phelps Ambulance.
Scofield was issued a citation for failing to yield the right of way when entering a roadway.
