Police say a Geneva man was arrested following an incident, which was investigated on June 22nd.
Eugene Dailey, 47, was charged with second-degree assault.
He’s accused of striking another person in the head with a dangerous instrument, which caused physical injury.
It stemmed from a domestic incident, according to police.
He was arraigned at CAP.
