Police: Seneca Falls woman charged with attempted assault, threatening person with fake pistol

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 26-year-old following a domestic dispute, which occurred during the overnight hours on Saturday.

Police Say Emily Querrie, 26, threateend a female with an imitation pistol, striking the woman with it and restraining her. Police say Querrie also struck the victim and choked her.

She was charged with second-degree attempted assault, unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal possession of a weapon, and menacing.

She was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.
