The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man following the investigation of a disturbance on Tuesday.
Around 9:45 p.m. deputies arrested Dain Phillips, 47, for criminal trespass and forcible touching. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies say Phillips entered a residence uninvited and touched a female while her two younger children were in the same room.
Phillips was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment. The charges will be answered at a later date.
