The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Macedon woman following the investigation of a disturbance.
Deputies say Deedee Downey, 40, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt after violating a court order.
They say a stay away order of protection was in place when she had contact with the subject of it.
She was released on an appearance ticket.
