The Penn Yan man accused of sexually abusing a child is facing new charges, as the investigation continues.
Police say Timothy Brewer, 65 groomed a child under the age of 11 to perform sexual acts on him repeatedly.
The abuse continued over a span of months, once it began in December.
He was arrested last week and charged with first-degree sex abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child. He now faces two additional charges of predatory sex assault against a child.
