Felony charges filed after Clyde man threatens to kill girlfriend

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Clyde man following a domestic incident.

Deputies say Michal Sakowski, 57, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment.

He’s accused of breaking his girlfriend’s glasses and threatening to kill her during the altercation.

Deputies further noted that there was an active stay away order of protection.

He was transported to the Wayne County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
