The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man following a traffic stop in the town of Ontario on Tuesday.
It happened around 12:24 a.m., according to deputies, who say 27-year-old Jacob Fisher was stopped on Route 104 and Dean Parkway.
Following a roadside investigation Deputies determined that Fisher was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
Deputies say he was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and submitted to a breath sample which yielded a BAC of .12%.
He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated – due to a previous DWI conviction, driving with a BAC over .08%, and issued an assortment of traffic tickets.
He will appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
