Police say charges are pending and an investigation is underway after an ATV crash in Seneca Falls.
The Seneca Falls Police Department says that on Monday around 11:08 p.m. officers responded along with North Seneca Ambulance to an address on Ovid Street for an ATV crash.
The ATV was being operated by Cody A. Sabol, 25, of Seneca Falls through a field where he struck a drainage ditch and was ejected.
He sustained injuries to his head, face, and abdomen. Police say Sabol was airlifted to Upstate Medical Center.
His injuries are believed to be non-life threatening, but an investigation is underway. Police also say charges are pending.
