Police: Geneva man violates protective order, arrested on felony charge

The Geneva Police Department reports a felony arrest after an investigation into an incident in the city.

Ghassan Seoud, 33, of Geneva was charged with first-degree criminal contempt – a felony. The charge stemmed from a domestic incident.

Seoud is accused of violating an order of protection and subjecting the protected party to physical contact.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
