The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man on several charges after an incident on Sunday.
Christopher Bell, 25, is accused of entering a residence in Lyons, at which point he was told to leave by the occupant.
He then struck that individual several times in the face, causing them to suffer a bloody nose and swollen eye. Deputies say the eye was so swollen that it closed.
Lyons Town Ambulance responded, but the victim refused further treatment. An order of protection was also denied by the victim.
Bell was transported to the Wayne County Jail. He’ll appear in court at a later date.
