Police in Geneva arrested a Rochester man following an assault investigation.
Kenneth Hyson, 33, of Rochester was charged with second-degree assault, a Class D felony.
He’s accused of recklessly causing serious physical injury to another person.
Police say a dangerous instrument was used in the assault.
The Rochester resident was held pending CAP arraignment.
