The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 35-year-old Geneva man following a trespassing investigation in the town of Waterloo.
Deputies say they responded to a business in Waterloo for the report of a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival, they found Stephen R. Schroeder, 35, of Geneva on the property. Investigation determined that he knowingly m Ade entry into the locked and secured lot, which was enclosed by a fence without permission.
Schroeder was taken into custody without incident and charged with third-degree criminal trespass. He was scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.
New York State Police out of Waterloo assisted at the scene.
