Deputies: Victor man had .18% BAC during traffic stop in Wayne County

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Victor man following a traffic stop in Lyons.

On May 9th around 12:08 a.m. deputies stopped a vehicle that appeared to be failing to keep right.

The operator, identified as 51-year-old Christopher Button was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

His BAC was determined to be .18% at the Sheriff’s Office.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over .08%, and failure to keep right.

Button is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
