Police: Geneva man was wanted on felony assault, weapon charges

On Tuesday a little after 12 p.m. police arrested a pair of Geneva residents on a variety of charges, including felony assault and weapon charges stemming from a domestic incident.

The Geneva Police Department reports the arrest of Freddy Sapp, 55, of Geneva for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and second-degree assault – all of which are felonies. He was also charged with AUO and harassment.

Larry Walker Jr., 36, of Geneva was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and false personation.

Both were held at the Ontario County Jail, according to police.
