The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two Williamson residents following a trespass investigation in the town of Lyons.
Deputies arrested Kevin Heise, 42, and Albert Webber, 36, both of Williamson for third-degree criminal trespass.
The duo is accused of entering a residence on Rice Street in Lyons last week.
Both were issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
