The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 56-year-old man following an investigation into a theft that occurred on April 20th.
Police say Bryan T. Rugenstein, 56, of Seneca Falls was found to have stolen a package that was addressed to another person at a local apartment complex.
Both Rugenstein and the victim live in the same complex, according to police.
He was charged with petit larceny and released on an appearance ticket. The charges will be answered at a later date.
