Palmyra man charged with child endangerment, resisting arrest in Wayne County

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Palmyra man following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Richard Judd II, 45, of Palmyra was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of harassment, and resisting arrest after becoming physically and verbally abusive toward a minor.

He refused to cooperate with deputies when being taken into custody, which resulted in the resisting charge.

Judd was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment. The charges will be answered at a later date.
