While three of them are Ontario County residents, two of them are Monroe County residents, which adds to the challenge in reporting.

Ontario County has been releasing county-by-county data, which shows that the town of Hopewell has the most confirmed cases with 24.
Officials say that’s due to the nursing home there, though.
