Over the weekend a 21-year-old Richmond resident was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Kevin Beechner, 21, of Richmond was charged with assault after a domestic incident. Details of the incident were not released.
However, Beechner was released on his own recognizance.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
