On Sunday, Governor Andrew Cuomo signaled that he would sign an executive order demanding that employers with ‘essential employees’ be provided masks or face coverings free of charge.
Along with that he also expressed plans to sign an executive order to expand the eligibility of individuals to receive the antibody test.
That’s the test, which shows whether a person has ever had COVID-19.
Cuomo is expected to talk more about these items at his Monday briefing, which will be streamed live on FingerLakes1.com.
