Police say a 64-year-old Geneva man was arrested on a felony charge after he attempted to pass a forged $20 bill at a local business.
Edwin Vazquez Sr., of Geneva was charged with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
He’s accused of using a $20 bill that was not legal currency. Police say he attempted to pass it off at a business in the city of Geneva.
Additional details were not released. However, Vazquez was arraigned in CAP.
